My home is 1.2km walk from the train station and centre of the town and shopping centres. And just 5 minutes drive from the world famous Gardens of Stone National Park. I wake everyday to birds singing and the Milky Way galaxy is over my rooftop at night. The climate here is cold but oh so beautiful, steeped in history and endless mountains for exploration and relaxation.

From the backyard one can access a large open grassed reserve- the home comes with a ride on lawnmower for maintaining this area IF you wish to utilise it- it is private and currently I get paid to mow it. It is like having my own private park for my dog to play in and it has amazing views.
The home has a long driveway giving room for 3 cars to park. There is ample on street parking which is safe, and a garage which is undergoing renovations.
The front of the property sports the best native garden in the district with its own small stream bed and frog pond.( and yes there is a resident frog !).
The house is on the high side of a quiet dead end street- very sought after street due to its outstanding views over the sports fields and of mountains. Access to the main highway is less than 2km away.
The street has a restriction on heights so the view will never be spoilt by people building above next door or in front.
